1. Provider Information

2. Subject of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of artworks, including originals, prints, and commissioned works, which can be purchased through our online shop or via email. They apply to all commercial transactions between the buyer and the provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing. "We" and "us" refer to Sarah Blondeaux or Maria Bananna

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract for the purchase of artworks is concluded as soon as the buyer completes an order in the online shop and receives an order confirmation via email. For orders placed via email, the contract is concluded through our written confirmation of the order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices listed on the website are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the artwork and are displayed during the ordering process. For international shipments, additional customs fees and import duties may apply and are to be borne by the buyer.

5. Payment Terms

Various payment methods are currently available, including:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Other payment options specified at the time of order completion

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the purchase contract. Partial payments are not possible. We reserve the right to change or expand the available payment methods.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made Worldwide. We're not able to ship to Russia, Ukraine and Irak due to shipping restrictions from our shipping provider. Most shipments are sent within 5 business days. The estimated delivery times are approximately:

  • Within Spain: 1 to 4 days
  • Within the European Union: 1 to 2 weeks
  • Internationally: 2 to 6 weeks

The exact delivery time depends on the destination. If an artwork cannot be delivered within the specified timeframes, we will inform you in advance.

7. Retention of Title and Copyrights

The artwork remains our property until full payment is received. All rights to the artwork, including copyright and reproduction rights, remain with the artist. The buyer does not acquire any rights to reproduce or commercially use the artwork.

9. Warranty and Liability

In the event of a defect in the artwork, each case will be examined individually. Depending on the outcome, refunds, repairs, or replacement deliveries may be offered. 

10. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Copyrights and Resale

Copyrights and all reproduction rights for the artworks remain with the artist. Resale of the artwork is permitted, but without the right to reproduce or commercially use the work.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Spain applies. 

13. Dispute Resolution

We do not participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board. However, we strive to resolve any disagreements directly with our customers.
